Les acides organiques libres ne semblent pas avoir d\u2019importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceci confirme, d\u2019ailleurs, d\u2019une fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la raison de la r\u00e9sistance des feuilles matures aux infections&nbsp;: soit par leur faible quantit\u00e9 de compos\u00e9s azot\u00e9s libres, la plus grande partie de l\u2019azote \u00e9tant contenue dans la prot\u00e9ine (Mackee H.S., 1958).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En R\u00e9sum\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9tude des relations Vigne-Mildiou par Pantanelli montre bien toute l\u2019importance des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritionnel solubles dans la contamination et l\u2019infection par le champignon pathog\u00e8ne.
